These are Papo brand fantasy knight figures from the Medieval Era and Dragons Collection. The Papo Blue Prince Philip figure (on the right) was originally released in 2007, while related variants in the Papo Prince collection dates back to the late 1990s and 2000s.
The figures are hand-painted and feature highly detailed armor and postures.
