"Dirt Bag" Handmade by Susan Falck. Cloth material. I had one I pruchased 20 years ago at an APT Conference. It was used in the sand tray/sand therapy too many times to count. Originally a bag or sack with dirt in it.
Dirt is a common symbol for something you regard as (morally) prohibited or disgusting. The thing will almost certainly be something - an instinctive drive or desire - within you. This symbol might be expressing an emotional reaction to the thing. More recently a reference to an unkempt or slovenly person, often used as an insult. "Dirt Bag."
